In practice, it requires careful coordination with underground utility locating, identification and preservation of protected vegetation, compliance with stormwater permit requirements, and proper disposal of demolished materials. We coordinate with New Mexico 811 for utility locating, comply with Bernalillo County and municipal requirements for vegetation removal, and manage debris disposal responsibly.
