A professional roof coating system is not paint rolled on an old roof — it is an engineered restoration system with defined material specifications, application rates, mil thicknesses, and quality verification. Properly applied, a coating system carries a manufacturer warranty because the manufacturer has verified that the application method and material selection will deliver the specified performance. We apply coating systems to manufacturer specifications and register warranties at completion.

Fabric Reinforcement at Critical Details
The most common coating system failure point is the seam and flashing detail — areas of the roof where two membrane sections meet, where flashings turn up walls, and where penetrations pass through the membrane. These areas require reinforcing fabric embedded in the base coat before top coat application. Coating without fabric reinforcement at these locations will crack and leak. We fabric-reinforce all critical details as standard practice.
