Pavement Striping & Marking
Professional pavement striping for parking lots and roadways — ADA-compliant layout, durable traffic paint, and thermoplastic markings that last New Mexico weather.
Striping Is an ADA Compliance Issue, Not Just Aesthetics
ADA-accessible parking spaces have precise dimensional requirements — 8-foot stall width with 5-foot accessible aisle (or 8-foot van accessible aisle), maximum 2% slope in any direction, proper signage, and correct quantity based on total parking count. Improper ADA layouts create immediate liability exposure. We design ADA-compliant parking layouts before we stripe, ensuring your facility meets current requirements.
- ADA-compliant parking layout design with correct stall count, dimensions, and aisle widths
- Traffic paint application for parking lots, private roads, and private property markings
- Thermoplastic pavement markings for roadways, crosswalks, and high-durability applications
- Curb painting, fire lane marking, handicap symbol stenciling, and directional arrow application

Paint vs. Thermoplastic — Know the Difference
Standard traffic paint is appropriate for parking lots and private property — it lasts 2–4 years in New Mexico's UV before fading. Thermoplastic markings are required for many municipal roadways and high-traffic applications — they are 90-mil thick, retroreflective, and last 7–10 years. We apply both and will recommend the right product for your application and budget.
