Flat & Low-Slope Roofing Systems
Commercial flat and low-slope roofing designed for perfect drainage, zero leaks, and years of performance — TPO, EPDM, PVC, and modified bitumen systems.
Flat Roofs Demand Proper Engineering
Flat and low-slope roofing requires precise engineering that sloped roofing does not — because water cannot rely on gravity to drain itself off the roof. Every flat roof must have adequate drainage design, with minimum 1/4 inch per foot of slope toward roof drains to prevent ponding water. Ponding water on any membrane system accelerates deterioration and is the primary cause of premature flat roof failure. We engineer drainage into every system we install.
- Drainage engineering — tapered insulation or crickets to achieve positive slope to drains
- Membrane selection based on building use, occupancy, and environmental conditions
- Proper insulation specification for IECC energy code compliance
- Flood testing on every installation before final sign-off and warranty issuance

The Right Membrane for Your Building
Not every commercial flat roof is best served by the same membrane. Restaurant buildings need PVC for grease resistance. Large warehouses benefit from EPDM's cost efficiency. Buildings with HVAC foot traffic need more durable systems. We assess your building's use, location, and structural capacity before specifying the membrane — recommending what works best for your application, not the system with the highest margin.
