Inspection & Assessment
Core samples, moisture scanning, and deck condition assessment to confirm replacement is warranted and to specify the correct new system.
Written assessment with recommendation provided before contract.
Permitting
Permit submission to the city or county — required for full commercial roof replacements in most jurisdictions. We manage the full plan-check process.

Tear-Off & Deck Repair
