Concrete Pavement Repair
Structural concrete repair for deteriorated slabs, joints, and spalls — restoring concrete pavement to service without full slab replacement where possible.
Concrete Repair Extends Slab Life Significantly
Concrete slab deterioration — spalling, joint deterioration, corner breaks, and transverse cracking — is almost always repairable without full slab replacement if caught early. Partial-depth concrete repair, slab stabilization, and joint resealing can restore concrete pavement to service for 10–15 additional years at a fraction of full replacement cost. We assess your concrete pavement honestly and recommend repair when it will work — replacement only when it won't.
- Slab stabilization by pressure grouting beneath rocking or hollow-sounding slabs
- Partial-depth spall repair with high-strength rapid-setting concrete repair mortar
- Full-depth concrete panel replacement where slabs are beyond repair
- Joint sawing, cleaning, and resealing with flexible polyurethane or silicone joint sealant

Joint Resealing Is the Highest-Return Concrete Maintenance
Concrete pavement joints require periodic resealing to prevent water intrusion and incompressible material infiltration. Failed joints allow water to saturate the base, causing slab rocking, pumping, and corner breaks — the most expensive concrete failures. Resealing joints every 7–10 years prevents this damage at minimal cost.
